STATE FALSE CLAIMS ACTS

In addition to the Federal False Claims Act, ten states—California, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Nevada, Tennessee, and Texas, as well as the District of Columbia, have enacted State False Claims Acts and qui tam laws.
